Full Terms and Conditions for FeedXL Christmas Giveaway. 

1. Promotion Overview
This promotion is conducted by FeedXL and offers participants a chance to win a month’s worth of FeedXL premium membership for one horse, valued from $24 USD.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2.2. Employees, agents, or representatives of FeedXL, their immediate family members, and anyone else associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The promotion starts on 12 December 2024 and ends on 24 December 2024

4. How to Enter

4.1. Participants can enter by following @feedxl_horse_nutrition, liking and commenting on the specified post on social media, and tagging 3 friends.

4.2 This is open to new and existing FeedXL members .

5. Prize Details

5.1. The prize consists of a FeedXL premium membership for one horse, valued from $24 USD.

5.2. The prize voucher will be provided to the winner in an online format.

5.3. The voucher must be redeemed by 31 January  2025 and is valid for one month from the date of activation.

5.4. The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is only valid for the winner.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

6.2. One winner will be drawn daily from 12 December 2024 through 24 December 2024.

6.3. The winner will be notified and announced on FeedXL’s social media channels

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1.  If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, a new winner will be selected.

8. General Terms

8.1. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

8.2. FeedXL reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.3. The promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
