FeedXL Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
1.1. The FeedXL Promotion (“Promotion”) is available to existing FeedXL members

1.2. The Promotion is not available to employees, contractors, or affiliates of FeedXL or their immediate family members.

2. Promotion Period:
2.1. The Promotion begins on 4th February and ends on 31 March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2.2. The 20% discount offer is only valid for upgrade purchases made during the Promotion Period.

3. Promotion Details:
3.1. This Promotion offers a 20% discount on FeedXL’s Foundation and Premium subscription plans.
3.2. To claim the discount, customers must apply the unique promo code [START2025] at online checkout.
3.3. The discount is applicable only to the Foundation and Premium plans and does not apply to any other FeedXL products or services.

4. How to Redeem:
4.1. To redeem the 20% discount, users must:  log into an existing account. – Select either the Foundation or Premium plan. – Apply the promo code [START2025] during the online checkout process.
4.2. The discount will be applied to the total subscription fee for the selected plan for the first payment term.

5. Payment Terms:
5.1. The 20% discount applies to the First Month payment for the monthly plan or First Annual payment made for the annual plan for either the Foundation or Premium plans only and is not applicable to renewals.

5.2. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when the promo code is used and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

6. General Terms:
6.1. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. FeedXL reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.3.  This Promotion is subject to availability and may be altered or extended at the discretion of FeedXL.

7. Privacy:
7.1. Personal data collected during participation in the Promotion will be processed in accordance with FeedXL’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
7.2. By participating in the Promotion, customers consent to the use of their names, contact information, and other relevant data as required for the processing of their subscription and promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. FeedXL is not responsible for any issues with the redemption of the discount, including technical difficulties during checkout or issues related to payment methods.

8.2. FeedXL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the services following the discounted subscription.
