No, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle and your card will not incur any further charges. You can cancel your subscription online within the β€œMy Account” section of FeedXL.

Yes, all activity levels (from β€˜no work’ all the way to β€˜heavy work’), are covered in FeedXL. We include activity levels for growing horses as well as mature horses, for breeding mares in all stages of pregnancy and lactation, and for stallions. We also have special activity levels for aged horses and for those horses recovering from illness or injury.

Note: The Starter plan covers only mature and aged horses not in work. For any other activity level and stage of growth please use either the Foundation or Premium plans.

Use FeedXL’s extensive database of forages (using averaged data), or upload your own hay and/or pasture analysis if you have them for the most accurate results.

Note: the Starter plan does not include custom forage uploads.

Yes, you can upgrade (change plan or add horses) at any time and it will happen immediately.

You can also downgrade (plans or reduction in horse numbers) and this happens at the end of your billing cycle.

On the Starter plan you can purchase up to 2 additional horses.

On Foundation and Premium plans you can purchase up to 30 additional horses. The cost is calculated pro-rata so you only pay for the time remaining on your billing cycle.

You can do all this from your My Account page after logging in.
