Terms & Conditions – FeedXL 17th Birthday Offer

Offer Overview:

  • The birthday offer provides 20% off the regular subscription price for FeedXL Foundation or Premium plans for new members.
  • “Upgrade” and “Join” offers provide a 20% discount on eligible FeedXL subscription plans.
  • The 20% discount applies only to the initial subscription term purchased during the promotional period and does not automatically extend to renewals or upgrades unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotional offers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers.
  • FeedXL reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend any promotional offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Eligibility for each offer will be determined based on FeedXL account status at the time of purchase — for example, “Upgrade” offers apply to existing free-tier members upgrading to a paid plan, or Foundation members upgrading to Premium, while “Join” offers apply to new customers who have not previously held a paid subscription.
  • If a refund or cancellation occurs during or after redemption of a promotional offer, the value of the promotion will not be reinstated or reissued.

Eligibility:

  • Offer is available to new members purchasing or upgrading to a Foundation or Premium plan during the promotional period.
  • Applicable to the first month on monthly or yearly subscriptions.

Promotion Period:

  • The offer is valid from 20 October 2025 to 31 October 2025, 11:59 PM (NZDT).
  • Purchases made outside this period are not eligible for the discount.

Discount Application:

  • The 20% discount will be automatically applied at checkout when purchasing an eligible plan during the promotional period.
  • The discount applies to the first billing cycle only for monthly plans or the first year for yearly plans.

Exclusions:

  • Advisor plans are excluded.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.

Renewals & Cancellations:

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew at the standard rate after the initial discounted term, unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to FeedXL’s standard Terms of Service.

General:

  • FeedXL reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • All prices are in the currency of the country and include applicable taxes where required.
  • Use of the FeedXL service is subject to the FeedXL Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
