Lite or Pro: Which plan is best for you?
The only difference between FeedXL Lite and Pro plans is the level of nutrient analysis. Lite plans use our more simplified nutrient analysis covering the most critical nutrient needs for your horse while Pro plans balance the full list of important nutrients.
If you have horses that are only ever in light or moderate work and have access to pasture most of the year round, or if you casually breed horses that have consistent access to good quality pasture, the FeedXL Lite plans will suit your purposes.
If your horses are often in moderate to heavy work, if you breed mares season after season or if your horses are commonly boxed/stabled/yarded or fed a majority of their forage as conserved hay or haylage we recommend you use FeedXL Pro.
Of course if you are using FeedXL to create diets for horses not in your direct care you should use the FeedXL Advisor Plans.
Upgrade any time
At any time during your membership you can add more horses to your account or upgrade from Lite to Pro. Upgrades are based on the pro-rata price difference between the plan you are on and the plan you are upgrading too, so you only pay for what you get to use making it a better deal for you.
No hidden costs or fees
Need a feed added? No charge. Need a custom pasture? It's all included in your membership fee. In fact there are no extra fees or charges and we will never automatically bill your credit card so you always remain fully in control of when you pay to join FeedXL.
